San Giuliano Church

The church of San Giuliano was built during the 18th century. The building was raised in a land that for centuries was consider sacred, in fact, during previous ages had hosted temples of other cults. The church is a fine example of Sicilian baroque, architectural style that, due to the strong earthquake of 1693 that destroy most of the existing buildings in Sicily, characterizes the main style found in the monuments from Catania province.
